What we’re doing right now at Balcurt Modern Cyber and Curtisea Care Society of Kenya is to equip our staff, communities and students to function and create a sustainable society.

 

The vast majority of professionals in Kenya have no online skills. At Balcurt online is going to be the way that learning is the most important type of learning for the society of Kenya and Africa and for competitiveness. 

 

We here in Kenya must come to grips that technology has created new possibilities for people looking to learn new skills required for a new or challenging position in our modern computer community. So we have to create such platforms that our children at an early age are technologically driven. 

 

Too many children are leaving schools uneducated so we have to figure out how to distribute education and training so that we don’t have our children dropping out of school for lack of school fees and support. 

 

Therefore we also need system-wide revisions where parents are not persistently generating huge amounts of debt by not being able to afford their children education. So we have to address the root causes of the problem. 

 

At Balcurt Modern Cyber we look at the ongoing changes in society and the labor market, and how emerging trends will likely continue to disrupt and give reasons for workers across skill levels to continue their education journey. 

 

You must agree with Balcurt that Jobs are getting more and more technologically driven. For example if you have to go to Google to search for an item, you need to know the right platforms and logistics, you want to be able to go to a trusted source and buy that product.

When you get online you need to know how to find the distribution channels, who has the trust, and who has the ability to distribute. 

At Balcurt Modern Cyber our system has a great ability to distribute and serves  our own learners.”
